Raising awareness on period poverty
The Lilian Ngozi Uzomah Foundation is a nonprofit United States based foundation whose mission is to provide menstrual supplies and education to girls and women in underserved areas in the Greater Kansas City area and globally.

About Us
We started in 2024 when my daughter was inspired to help people in underserved areas who could not afford menstrual supplies. In addition to her local community she also wanted to help her grandparent’s native country Nigeria and globally. She read about issues with accessing menstrual supplies and had a strong desire to be a part of the solution. The foundation is named after her middle names, Lilian Ngozi, which means blessing, and in honor of her maternal grandparents last name Uzomah which means good way.
The Lilian Ngozi Uzomah foundation’s mission is to provide access to menstrual supplies and promote awareness of period poverty.
We achieve mission by collecting donations from generous donors and distributing supplies to those in need through mission trips and partnerships with local and international women’s organizations that provide education and assistance.
